Olisaeloka Osuigwe & Co. was established in September, 1988 by Chief G. Oseloka Osuigwe (Dike Na Nmuta Nnewi) and formally registered at the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja as a business name in 1991. It has grown since then to become one of the leading law firms in Anambra State of Nigeria.

It is one of the Nigerian Law School approved firms for Law Office attachment for Law School Students in Anambra State. It has its principal place of practice at Mercy Court, No. 10 Dala Ucha Street, Okpunoegbu Umudim Nnewi (a purpose built state of the art office complex). Its correspondence office in Abuja is Law Forte, No. 21 Niamey Street, Wuse Zone 2, Abuja.

1 Chief Godwin Oseloka Osuigwe (JP) KSC, SAN, is the Founder and Head of The Law Firm Of Olisaeloka Osuigwe & Co., also known as Mercy Court, where he specializes in Litigation and Property Law. Renowned for his dedication to justice and legal excellence, he has built an outstanding career marked by numerous professional achievements and esteemed appointments.

His academic journey began at the College of the Immaculate Conception (C.I.C.), Enugu, and continued at the Federal Government College, Enugu. He pursued his passion for law at the University of Jos, where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) and BL degrees. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987.
